Tyrannosaurus Rex V2

A 3D model of Tyrannosaurus rex, one of the largest terrestrial carnivores of all time!

Original version of the model here! https://www.artstation.com/artwork/bKg6Dm

I made him in Blender, modeled vertex by vertex with sculpted details. The model is fully rigged and animatable, with a functional armature and a very precise spine rig. This rex is mostly accurate to how it might have been in life, but still has a few fictionalized elements. The T-rex specimen Stan heavily influenced its creation. Not only is it rigged, but it also has a tension maps that simulate skin wrinkles as well as displacement maps for the larger scales and tarsal scutes. It has 4k diffuse, normal, bump, and roughness maps.

This is the same exact Tyrannosaurus model as the first one I posted, albeit with significant visual upgrades. The coloration, facial ornamental scales and tarsal scutes have been replaced entirely, and the tileable scale textures now have variation on different parts of the body. Not only that, but I have also added settings for individual variation, with adjustable blendshape drivers that change the facial features; this aspect of the model will be useful for when you want to be able to tell two or more individual rexes apart in a scene.
